Vännäs Verkstads AB declare that our products and the accompanying packaging materials intended for the European market comply with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) and all amending regulations up to the date of issue indicated below, including Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2055 of 25 September 2023 regarding synthetic polymer microparticles.

Vännäs Verkstads AB products do not contain any SVHCs on the Candidate List, as published current to the date of issue indicated below, in a concentration above  0.1%. 

The statements in this document regarding our REACH compliance do not extend to, or apply to, any product subjected to unintended contamination, misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation nor to any product not intended for the European market.

RoHS

Vännäs Verkstads AB products are RoHS compliant. RoHS compliant means that the substances restricted by the EU Directive 2015/863 and subsequent amendments of the European Parliament are not contained in a finished product above the threshold limits in the RoHS Directive. Vännäs Verkstads AB cannot guarantee that inventory held by distributors or other second or third parties are RoHS compliant.
